Here at Final Phase Inspection, we believe that our client’s experience is one of the most important parts of our inspections. We know how important it is to have the support of the people you work with in your home buying process. To make that happen, there are several things we do to ensure that you are supported every step of the way in your inspection experience.
When you call in to book your inspection, you will speak with our scheduling coordinator, Jennifer. She is there to answer any questions you might have and to find an inspection time for you that works best. She loves working with people, and she makes it her mission to give you the best possible customer service possible. She will be your number one contact throughout your inspection experience, but she is always more than happy to put you in touch with one of our inspectors if you have technical questions about your new home or our inspections.
After you have booked your inspection, you will receive an inspection confirmation email that confirms all the details of your inspection and gives you all the information you’ll need for the big day. Included in your confirmation email is a copy of the paperwork you will get on the day of your inspection. We send it to you early and give you a chance to read through it ahead of time. This ensures that on the day of your inspection, you will be able to focus solely on the inspection without distraction.
On the day of your inspection, your inspector will be there to greet you when you arrive. Our inspectors are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They are there to answer any questions you have about your new home, and to educate you on the best ways to maintain your home. We truly want to ensure that you are getting a sound and safe home that will last you a lifetime.
After your inspection, you will receive your detailed inspection report within 24 hours via email. Your report includes full color photos and full explanation of any issues found and the features of your home. Our inspectors are always available to answer any questions you might have about your report. Just give Jennifer a call, and she will have your inspector call you as soon as possible.
After you’ve received your inspection report, you will receive an email with your warranty information within a few days. Our comprehensive inspections come with:
– A 90-day limited structural and mechanical warranty through American Home Warranty. This is something we have found to be an amazing benefit – it offers a wide range of coverage and there are no deductibles or clam fees. We gladly cover the cost of this because your peace of mind is our priority.
– One year of tech support for your home through Homeowners Network. This $199.00 value offers you 24/7 online support for any questions/concerns you might have about your new home. You can get answers to your questions immediately. You can choose to extend the coverage after the complimentary one-year is over or opt out at any time.
