Keith Medley (Owner/Inspector)
Keith was born and raised in the Puget Sound area giving him a full understanding of the weather and environmental issues that may affect your home. His experience in construction and remodels has given him an inside look at the benefits of quality building techniques as well as the pitfalls associated with substandard workmanship. Keith is an honest, courteous and quality-minded professional and understands the importance of customer service and communication.
A big part of every inspection includes a focus on customer education. Our reports are generated using Home Inspector Pro software which is the industry standard due to the user-friendly format. Our full color inspection reports include high-quality digital pictures to help further explain and support our findings. Our reports are emailed, usually the same day, and always within 24 hours of the inspection. We work very hard to ensure a home buyer understands the status of all functional systems as well as the items requiring routine maintenance. We also help home sellers in the same way so that they know which information is important to a potential buyer – resulting in a more effective listing and sales process.
We are trained professionals and our business practices adhere to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for both Washington State and the American Society of Home Inspectors. We strive for the highest level of customer service and value in every inspection because your peace of mind is our priority.
Brian Walker – Inspector
Brian was born and raised in the Pacific NW and brings over 30 years of experience as a contractor with expertise in custom remodel/construction as well as fire and water damage restoration. His exceptional customer service skills allow him to ensure the client’s needs are looked after through every step of the inspection process.
Brian is a very thorough inspector with the knowledge to identify and explain any issues discovered during the inspection as well as the diverse background to offer suggestions on repairs and improvements.
Brian has been proudly serving our customers since February of 2015.
Lindsay Savage (Inspector)
After a lifetime of handling insects (complete with conducting live bedbug seminars!), building things, and an eye for detail, I am proud to announce my presence in the Snohomish/ King county area, as a home inspector.
Truly, this has been a lifetime in the making. As a child, I never stopped poking my head into places where it didn’t belong, always asking a million questions about how everything worked. I collected snails and spiders as my hobby. When my family moved to a horse farm in my early teens, I got my first taste of power tools building barns and acres of fences with my dad. I was much more comfortable swinging a hammer than a curling iron, and as an active 4-H member I learned a lot about ethics, business and trust.
These early experiences led to my career in Pest Control, where the best thing I ever found in a crawlspace was my husband! For nearly a decade I worked inspecting and treating for pests, providing mold/ drainage consultations, renovating crawlspaces and attics, and insulating homes.
In this line of work, I learned a lot about how a house works as a system, preventative maintenance, LEED certification, mold and structural problems.
I am excited to bring so many areas of my training together to give home buyers a detailed and complete inspection of the house they would like to call home. As my own family has grown and changed, going from having younger children to a having a son in high school, our home has truly been where the heart is. The best part of my day is meeting homebuyers, and helping give them the that same piece of mind in their home.
Jennifer Griffin – Scheduling Coordinator
Jennifer is a lifelong resident of the Pacific NW and has been a integral member of our team since August of 2014.
Her past experience in the banking industry has given her keen organizational skills, and a thirst for knowledge. Additionally, her 15 years in the customer service industry has left her with a deep love of helping people, and steering them towards the proper products and services to best meet their needs. She takes great pride in offering the friendliest and most efficient customer service possible.
